Role Overview

We are looking for an Identity Management Support Analist with experience in identity and access management solutions. The role involves providing support, implementation, and consultancy services for IAM projects, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Configure and maintain identity federation and access control systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
• Participate in integration projects involving identity governance and access management tools.

Required Skills

• English: B2 level (essential).
• Knowledge of Identity Management concepts: Identity Manager, IGA, Access Manager, Federation.
• Familiarity with IAM products such as: NETIQ, OneIdentity Manager, Evidian IGA/WAM, Okta, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• 2–3 years of experience in IAM support, implementation, or consultancy (valuable).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of security best practices in identity and access management.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks.
