Sales Productivity Specialist – Advanced English (C1) – Remote from Spain

At Experis, we are currently looking for a Sales Operations / Sales Productivity Specialist to join a multinational technology environment with strong international exposure.

We are seeking an analytical professional with experience in financial control and commercial performance tracking, who is comfortable working in a structured, data-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze commercial and financial KPIs.
• Perform budget control (budget vs. actual) and variance analysis.
• Prepare executive reports and consolidate key business metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and other business units.
• Document and improve internal processes.
• Track costs and provide financial control related to commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Finance or PMO roles.
• Experience in reporting, forecasting and budget control.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or other BI tools).
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Ability to work in international and structured environments.
