📍 Location: Remote from Spain

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in Spain.

🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 BST

🎯 Your Mission: Support enterprise customers in adopting AI-powered business solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, governance, security, and business impact.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption and usage of AI-powered solutions.
• Advise customers on technology transformation strategies and best practices.
• Support deployment, governance, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations.
• Remove technical blockers related to security, compliance, identity, and platform readiness.
• Measure adoption, demonstrate business value, and identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

✅ Who We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience working with cloud-based workplace and productivity technologies.
• 4+ years in customer-facing consulting, architecture, or technical advisory roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI-powered business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Currently residing in Spain.
• Native Spanish and Advanced English (written and spoken).

• Experience with AI agents, automation platforms, or generative AI solutions.
• Adoption & Change Management experience.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Security, Compliance, AI, or Architecture.
• Experience working in international technology environments.
