Drive content, communications & engagement strategy to support cutting-edge AI go-to-market programs such as Apps That Matter and Frontier AI — translating complex AI initiatives into clear, compelling narratives that enable field teams and move the business forward.
What you'll be doing:
Content & Communications Strategy
Define and execute content plans to drive awareness, engagement and participation across AI programs. Refine messaging, storytelling and positioning for all field-facing materials.
Executive & Field Communications
Own end-to-end creation of weekly reports, newsletters and program updates. Synthesize stakeholder inputs into clear insights to mobilize the field.
Insights & Reporting
Produce industry roundups, monthly wraps and data-driven storytelling. Translate raw data into actionable narratives for leadership and field teams.
Program & Asset Development
Create and maintain key GTM assets: use case catalogs, top ACR decks, templates and branded materials. Continuously optimize content to align with evolving AI strategy.
Digital Experience & SharePoint Management
Design and maintain SharePoint hubs and resource centers, ensuring easy navigation and up-to-date content at scale.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with GTM teams, program leads and regional stakeholders to align messaging and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Program Enablement & Engagement
Support sales contests, recognition programs and feedback loops to drive field engagement and continuously improve program impact.
What we're looking for:
Strong content creation & storytelling (written + visual)
Ability to translate technical/AI topics into clear business messaging
Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration
Experience with executive communications & field enablement
Strong attention to detail (formatting, branding, consistency)
Ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight timelines
Familiarity with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Copilot
Experience & Profile:
Background in marketing, communications or content strategy
2–5+ years in content, comms or GTM roles (preferably tech/AI)
Deep understanding of AI and Azure AI business
Experience working in cross-functional global teams
Experience supporting programs, dashboards or sales motions is a plus
