💼 Role: Technical Application Operations Specialist (TAM)

🚀 Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Application Operations Specialist to support application operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role includes standard Technical Account Management (TAM) tasks, system health monitoring, and participation in incident and change management to maintain operational stability.

📍 Location: Preferably Málaga or Madrid (Hybrid – 2 on‑site days per week)

🌐 Mode: Hybrid (80% remote after initial onboarding)

🗣 Language: English (minimum B2 – interview and daily work will be in English)

🕒 Shift: Monday to Friday – rotating schedule

  • 07:00–15:00
  • 08:00–17:00
  • 10:00–19:00

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Perform standard Technical Account Management (TAM) activities.
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Conduct system health checks to ensure performance and stability.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Support TAM tasks related to VDI, SAP, batch job scheduling and maintenance, and non‑SAP applications.
  • Create and maintain standardized run books to ensure consistency in operations.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in technical application operations.
  • Knowledge of system interfaces and integrations.
  • Hands‑on experience with TAM processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate and show leadership in cross‑functional environments.
  • Automation skills are considered an advantage.

🛠 Technical Skills

  • Experience with web servers: IIS, Tomcat, Apache.
  • Knowledge of container technologies: Docker (desirable).
  • Basic understanding of Windows and Unix operating systems.
  • Ability to perform basic database operations: SQLMariaDB (desirable).

🤝 Soft Skills

  • Proactivity and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and environments quickly.
