We are looking for a Technical Application Operations Specialist to support application operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role includes standard Technical Account Management (TAM) tasks, system health monitoring, and participation in incident and change management to maintain operational stability.

šĀ Mode:Ā Hybrid (80% remote after initial onboarding)
š£Ā Language:Ā English (minimum B2 ā interview and daily work will be in English)
šĀ Shift:Ā Monday to Friday ā rotating schedule

š§Ā Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Perform standardĀ Technical Account Management (TAM)Ā activities.
- ManageĀ incidents, problems, changes, and service requestsĀ in alignment with customer requirements.
- ConductĀ system health checksĀ to ensure performance and stability.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Support TAM tasks related toĀ VDI, SAP, batch job scheduling and maintenance, and nonāSAP applications.
- Create and maintainĀ standardized run booksĀ to ensure consistency in operations.
šÆĀ Required Skills & Experience
- 4ā5 yearsĀ of experience in technical application operations.
- Knowledge ofĀ system interfaces and integrations.
- Handsāon experience withĀ TAM processes.
- StrongĀ communication, presentation, reporting, and organizationalĀ skills.
- Problemāsolving andĀ conflictāresolutionĀ capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate and showĀ leadershipĀ in crossāfunctional environments.
- Automation skillsĀ are considered an advantage.
š Ā Technical Skills
- Experience with web servers:Ā IIS, Tomcat, Apache.
- Knowledge of container technologies:Ā DockerĀ (desirable).
- Basic understanding ofĀ Windows and UnixĀ operating systems.
- Ability to perform basic database operations:Ā SQL,Ā MariaDBĀ (desirable).

- Proactivity and strong teamwork abilities.
- Experience working withĀ international clients.
