About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company in Spain.

Digital & Technology transforms Heineken’s key processes to drive efficiency and creates data driven insights to grow our business and the business of our customers.
The graduate will work in Data and Analytics Department, understanding the data sources, and extracting real value from data through visualization and data and analytics projects. The graduate will also work on Commerce projects, understanding the needs of HORECA and supporting the best fit for purpose solution in terms of processes, data, environments and applications.

- Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company in your country of application in Madrid, Spain. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2: Continue in Spain with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
- Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Madrid. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

Criteria & Conditions
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in STEM with a Master’s, Diploma or Certification in Data & Analytics related fields (Big Data, Data architecture, etc.).
- Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
- Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
- Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply & the Selection Process
- Application Submission:
- Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is until September 30th.
- Online Assessments:
- Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment.
- Interviews:
- Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around
- Assessment Centre:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for start-mid November 2024.
