The Strategic Business Analyst primary focus is to support the business providing guidance on market insights and competitor strategies to facilitate decision making at Cluster level.

Develop best practice approaches for identifying and implementing market opportunities and learnings optimizing the use of the business levers
Turn insight into actionable commercial recommendations through close collaboration with key stakeholders (other cluster functions such as finance and SMO, as well as market teams)
Responsible for actively challenging the current thinking by applying analytical techniques to evaluate and draw conclusions that inform recommendations on portfolio and business strategy for the Cluster
Raise the bar in quality of recommendations, by increasing capabilities & tools. Coach others in those methodologies and recommendations
Collaborate with Division & Group by identifying and sharing best practices Act as facilitators of Operating Model in Iberia through increasing knowledge and quality of support towards markets and improving the coordination towards key stakeholders in Iberia, Division & Group along key processes
Represent the department’s strategic vision in cross functional working groups
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Fluent in English

-3 years working experience in consulting or Business development in a FMCG organisation
- Agility in analysing complicated information, identify risks and opportunities and explain complex issues simply
- A strong understanding of broad business issues, the trade and competitive environment
-Gravitas, confidence and leadership skills to challenge and influence at all levels of the business
With experience of working in an insight/ commercial/analytical role

-Self-motivated and driven for career progression
-Proactive self-starter, with the ability to work with minimum guidance
- Able to interact positively and work effectively with others, thanks to strong comm
