Experis Life & Science is looking for an Area Business Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company. Reporting to the General Manager, he/she will be responsible to manage and increase sales in Cataluña, Aragón, Islas Baleares and Canarias.

TYPICAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Achieve the annual budget in their area
• Prepare annual sales budget and plan of actions in their area
• Implement the sales strategy by product and customer in their area
• Promote to customers the use of the products about in their area.
• Analysis and monitoring of sales results in your area.
• Study and improve constantly the knowledge of the products
• Consolidate and give company brand to customers in their area.
• Constant report to management about market conditions and competition in their area.
• Negotiation of prices and conditions with their customers in their area in line with the price policy stablish by the management
• Search and explore new market niches in their area in coordination with marketing department
• Trainings about the company and Octapharma products in their area sites.
• Identify the needs of customers to propose and adapt company and product strategies that allow us to increase sales.
• Launching of new products.
• Attendance to congresses and meetings with customers
• Attendance to training meetings about results, products, company, technical information, pharmacovigilance ...
• Report any information they can receive about pharmacovigilance

REQUIREMENTS
• Complete fluency in English and Catalan
• 5 years post qualification experience in sales environment
• Able to report and explain sales results
• Proactive and organized
• Availability of travel
• Negotiating capacity
• Complex problem solving and project management experience
• Must be an effective communicator
• Professional demeanour with high degree of comfort speaking with partners
• Home office
