Experis Industry is looking for a Sales Unit Manager for a multinational company in the used commercial transportation sector .

Reporting to the Director of the Company, the Sales Unit Manager will overtake assigned regions and grow with the initiative and sales activities. The close cooperation with other related departments like marketing and business development supports your daily work with our target group. Furthermore, he/she will be an important part to continue developing the services and sales tools of the company.

TASKS:
· Achieve targeted sales volumes to Retail customers;
· Achieve targeted price levels selling to Retail customers;
· Build long-term relationships with company’s most valuable accounts;
· Maximize opportunities to upsell Used Trucks and Trailers values with workshop hours (Multi Support), Financing and insurance;
· Ensure Used Trucks are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner and according to procedures;
· Assist with advertising / promotion to marketing department;
· Back-office staff and operations management.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree and 2 - 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment of Used or New Trucks;
· Broad knowledge of the National (New and Used) Truck Market;
· Affinity with commercial business with Retail customers;
· English language: verbally and in writing; native Spanish-speaker is a MUST.
· Competences: result oriented, self-reliance, negotiation & communication skills and strong sales drive.
