We are looking for our Experis Interim engineering division a QA Construction Works Farm Wind to join in a project in Zaragoza.
Reporting to directly to the Project Manager, you responsability will be monitoring, reporting and assuring the quality of construction works
Tasks:
-Oversee project an ensure all day-to-day operations are transitioned safely and effectively
-Evaluate and document project schedule for completeness and accuracy
-Work with subcontractors to keep project moving and if necessary, identify corrective actions required to bring project back into schedule compliance
-Perform inspections and evaluate performance of subcontractors
-Maintain activity logs, prepare documentation and reports for clients
-Coordinate planning and secure onsite manpower and resources
-Contract and risk management

Requirements:
-Degree in Electrical Engineering and several years’ practical and operational experience
-Minimum 8 years’ experience from the construction industry, preferably as owner’s representative
-Minimum 6 years’ experience from an on-site management role
-Preferably PMP certified and demonstrated, solid management skills
-Profound IT skills
-Fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish
