As owner’s representative on site, you have a central role in overseeing ongoing civil work during project construction.

Your responsibility is to monitor, document, report and assure the quality of civil works performed by the BOP contractor(s). Your role does not include management responsibility.During performance of your work, you will report to the Construction Manager on site.

Extract of tasks to assure quality_civil works:
» Review construction documents for completeness and constructability
» Review and understand contract documents
» Recognize and mitigate unfavourable working conditions
» Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures
» Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule

Required:
-Minimum 10 years’ experience from a similar role
-Engineering degree
-Proven ability to work on large complex construction projects
-Preferably PMP certified
-Profound IT skills
-Fluent in Spanish and intermediate in English
-Clean record and valid driver’s license
