Reporting to HR Operations Director, support the design, implementation and monitoring of human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc.

Responsabilities:
•Be the primary POC for payroll tasks, being the interface with payroll provider. Including monthly incidences, social security, flexible benefits, pension plan, health and life insurances, liaison ith the treasury department, and monthly and yearly taxes.
•Administrative support and assistance for Successfactors tool, database and employee’s incidences. Support with the Annual Performance Process and Comp&Ben for HQ.
•Prepare timely headcount reporting.
•Prepare Organization & staffing matters for the company divisions.
•Administrative support for expatriation assignments and relocations.
•Support and assist with the organization of the yearly medical check-ups for employees and VPs
•Facilitate all legal compliance requirements
•Administrative support and assistance in the management of the HQ car fleet and the company BU car fleet.
•Administrative support to ensure updated Corporate Policies and HR Standard Practices on the Intranet. Support HR standard practices management for the company.
•Assist in the management of HQ policies and practices, compliance with local labor laws. Assist in the compliance of all personnel statutory matters and records
•Assist in training and development planning and budgets.

Requirements:
•At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in a Generalist role
•Fluent Spanish and English knowledge
•University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Master in Human Resources
•Previous experience with Successfactors
•Basic knowledge of Program Management
•Previous experience within a matrix organization
•Team player, detail oriented, flexible
