Head of Segment
We are collaborating with our client, an important multinational telecommunications company, in the search of a Head of Segment for London (UK). Our client, one of the largest companies in the world in a great situation of growing offers to their clients a huge range of services based on quality and reliability.
The purpose of this job is to develop and execute the commercial activities and actions to increase both operators’ business volume and tenancy ratio of the current site portfolio as well as new incorporated sites in the future
Follow up on contracted services and build loyalty and business with clients according to the assigned budget, the commercial policy, and the sales and profits objectives.
Accountabilities (including but not limited to):
• Support/manage across the UK’s top deals and strategic opportunities.
• Maintain and create agreements with clients -Mobile Network Operators and other Telco companies- in order to deploy the UK sales strategy.
• Develop relations with new clients in opportunities where a lead role is played.
• Lead the following commercial processes:
- Identification of new business opportunities.
- Attracting new clients from the Telco’s industry.
- Identifying client requirements.
- Leading the preparation and presentation of offers and proposals, coordinating input with engineering/technical staff as required.
- Reviewing and validating all commercial offers, including economic viability analysis.
- Developing economic follow-up services, from billing to payment.
• Develop budgets and forecasts of incomes and sales in the UK Operators segment.
• Coordinate and supervise the Commercial Development team under the Operators Unit
• Represent the company in external forums.
• Prepare commercial reporting following Global Corporate processes
• Manage cooperation with the infrastructure sector; Telecom and Tower Co.
• Lead post-closing execution until handover to operational management in processes w
