We are looking for an Export Manager for a leading Spanish multinational company in the automotive spare parts sector, to assign and direct all work performed in Poland and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be committed to the expansion and success of the business following the guidelines set by the headquarters.

Accountabilities (including but not limited to):

• Develop short, medium and long-term commercial relations with current customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
• Develop portfolio of customers to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Propose and establish sales policies and negotiate commercial contracts
• Prepare and commit to annual sales budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Perform continuous margin analysis (costing & pricing) of processes to ensure profitability of customers and orders.
